中国技术工人工作签证申请材料清单

什么是中国技术工人工作签证政策？

中国技术工人政策仅适用于中华人民共和国公民。这一政策的产生是基于2008年签署的中新自由贸易协定。这个政策下的签证只签发给下面表中的职业，一共1000个名额，并且每个职业不超过100个名额。

中国技术工人政策有哪些好处？

申请中国技术工人政策下的工作签证和申请其他的工作签证一样简单。另外，申请此工作签证还有以下好处：

• 无需进行劳动力市场调查：对于工作签证的申请新西兰移民局通常先要核查是否有新西兰公民或**居民可以从事该项工作。但是申请中国技术工人政策下的工作签证则没有此项要求。

• 快速的审理：这是因为新西兰移民局不需要进行耗费时间的劳动力市场调查工作。

• 可以转办其他类别的签证，包括定居签证: 持有中国技术工人政策下的工作签证，申请人，在签证到期后可以选择申请其他类别的签证。 比如，可以考虑通过技术移民申请定居签证。

• 签证的最长有效期为三年：根据申请人的工作录用通知所显示的工作期限长短，中国技术工人政策下的工作签证的有效期最长为三年。如果您最初的签证有效期不到三年，您可以申请将签证的有效期延长到三年。

• 没有最低英文能力的要求。

可以申请中国技术工人的申请职业（该政策下在同一时点的签证总数为1000个。目前仍有配额， 但每种职业最多签发100个签证。百伦移民评估红色的职业才有可能达到学历要求或者注册要求。）

Degree level (Level 7) qualification majoring in accountancy and membership with New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) 会计专业高等教育学历（相当于新西兰7级学历）以及是新西兰注册会计师协会会员

Automotive electrician 汽车电工

National Certificate in Automotive Engineering (Level 4) or National Certificate in Motor Industry (Automotive Electrical Engineering) (Level 4)　汽车工程相关国家证书（相当于新西兰4级学历），或汽车相关（汽车电气）国家证书（相当于新西兰4级学历）

Boatbuilder 船体制造工

National Certificate in Boatbuilding (Level 4) 船体制造相关国家证书（相当于新西兰4级学历）

Computer Applications Engineer 计算机应用工程师　

Degree level (Level 7) qualification majoring in computer science, information science or information technology and three years of relevant work experience 　计算机科学，信息科学或信息技术专业相应的高等教育学历（相当于新西兰7级学历）以及3年相关工作经验

Design Engineer – Electronics / Product Engineer  电器/产品设计工程师

Degree level (Level 7) qualification majoring in electronics, computer science or telecommunications and three years of relevant work experience with at least 12 months' relevant work experience in the past 18 months 　电子、计算机科学或电信专业高等教育学历（相当于新西兰7级学历），以及三年工作经验，其中在过去十八个月内至少有十二个月从事相关工作

Diesel Mechanic  柴油机修理工

National Certificate in Motor Industry (Automotive Heavy Engineering) (Level 4) 　汽车修理（重汽工程）相关国家证书（相当于新西兰4级学历）

Early Childhood Teacher 幼教教师

A qualification in Early Childhood Education (ages 0-5) at a minimum of Level 7 which is approved by the New Zealand Teachers Council, and New Zealand registration 　新西兰教师委员会认可的幼儿教育（零至五岁）资格（相当于新西兰7级学历），并在新西兰注册

Electronics Technician 电子技师

新西兰的工作签证总类繁多，每一种的要求也不一样。
